Shipping policy
All the orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after placing. (Monday - Saturday). Your order tracking details will be shared with the registered email. Once the order is shipped, allow at least 5-7 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code and regions.
RETURNS
Eligibility for Returns: Slick Funky accepts returns on all products within 7 days.
Return Conditions: The returned product must meet the following conditions:
- The product has not been worn, washed, or tampered with in any way.
- The brand tags, original packaging, and any accompanying accessories must remain intact, undamaged, and unaltered.
- The product must not have been altered in any manner, unless such alteration is a result of a verified manufacturer defect.
- The product must not show any signs of foul odors, perfume, stains, scratches, tears, dents, or any other damage.
Slick Funky reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
In the event that your order is not delivered, either due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at our shipping facility. You will be contacted once we receive the undelivered product. In case of pre-paid orders, your package will be either re-shipped or you will be granted store credits. Store credit comes with a validity of 30 days.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received a damaged product, we apologize for the same. We are more than willing to help you out. Please take a picture and a video of the product and DM us at order.slickfunky@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
